science of the soul
Yoga is none other than the science of aligning the individual soul with the cosmic soul.
The individual soul is the micro-soul, that is, micro-god. The micro individual soul aligning with the macro soul (cosmic soul or God), this is Yoga.
A competent Guru alone can help the micro soul to expand vertically and horizontally, unilaterally and multilaterally and align perfectly with the cosmic intelligence, which we call god.
The marks of the cosmic intelligence are the following:
1) Plan. The cosmic intelligence acts with a definite plan, never failing.
2) Pattern. It acts according to certain marked pattern from which there is no deviation.
3) Precision. The hallmark of the cosmic intelligence. All cosmic functions take place precisely at the appointed time and place as per the directions of the cosmic intelligence.
4) Regularity. Regularity of the cosmic functions guided by the cosmic super intelligence.
5) Grandeur. This is a quality placing the human intelligence with its abundance and being beyond the human mind.

kundalini yoga
The method by which this alignment of the micro-soul with the macro-soul is achieved called Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga as taught to me by my Guru and his Guru before him consists of a series of initiations (Diksha) which serve to awaken the latent power of Kundalini which lies dormant at the base of the spine.
The first initiation opens the Muladhara and connects it to the cavernous centre (Ajna). After 15 days, a second initiation is given which makes the Kundalini flow from Muladhara to Ajna and vice versa. Circumvention of the vital force through the left and right channels is practised. Synchronization of the breathing system with that of the cosmic force is also taught.
Again after 15 days, a third initiation is given to bring the Kundalini to play in full capacity at the Ajna.
With the above one full course is over.
After one year another initiation called Turiya is given to open the cranial centre – the Bindu in the Sri Chakra.
Again after 12 years, the final initiation is given by the Guru. This initiation is given without touching the disciple – it is done through the Guru’s eyes by looking at Turiyathitha, located 12” above the head. If you are fortunate to get the final initiation by the Guru, you yourself become a master who in turn may initiate others in Kundalini Yoga through various methods of initiation.
